  3. To enable us to certify you as a creator/provider of FBI fingerprinted images and include you in the FBI Registry, please take a few moments to complete and return this form to us as soon as you install the software. As a certified user you will be:
  4. i) Granted a licence to use and apply the FBI logo and trademark in connection with the FBI fingerprinting scheme
  5. ii) Included on the FBI Registry so that you may be identified as a creator/provider of fingerprinted material.
  6. iii) Provided with a unique Fingerprint ID as long as you remain a registered member. 
  7. iv) Provided with technical support and upgrade information.

  9. The cost of a standard entry in the FBI Registry is £25/$39.50 per annum and an enhanced entry including Web Site and E-Mail links is £55/$85 per annum. EU customers should note these prices are shown exclusive of VAT.
